Trust and transparency

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Inzoly collects, why it is used, when it may be shared, and the choices available to users of the website, beta application, and connected marketplace services.

Effective date: August 11, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to Inzoly's public website, authenticated application, beta features, and integrations that link to this policy. It does not replace the privacy notices of marketplaces, payment processors, or other third-party services.

Inzoly is designed for businesses and adult sellers. When you connect a marketplace, you direct Inzoly to process information available through the permissions you authorize.

2. Information we collect

Account information

Email address, authentication identifiers, account settings, and information you provide when you request support.

Catalog and inventory information

Products, listings, SKUs, prices, quantities, barcodes, cost of goods, storage locations, inventory sources, acquisition dates, images, and seller-created content.

Marketplace connection information

Connected store or seller identifiers, authorization tokens, imported product and listing data, inventory information, synchronization status, job progress, and error diagnostics.

AI workflow information

Product information and instructions you choose to submit for AI-assisted titles, descriptions, keywords, item specifics, condition notes, pricing suggestions, or related content.

Billing information

Plan, subscription, customer, and transaction-status identifiers. Payment processors handle full payment-card details; Inzoly does not intentionally store full card numbers.

Technical and security information

Session information, IP address, browser and device details, timestamps, request metadata, and diagnostic or security logs needed to operate and protect the service.

We collect information directly from you, automatically when the service operates, and from services you choose to connect. The exact marketplace information depends on the permissions granted and the workflows you start.

Some features process information only on your device. For example, Profit Calculator inputs are calculated in the browser and are not submitted by that tool. Photo Batch images stay on the device unless you intentionally use a separate upload action.

3. How we use information

  • Create and secure your account and tenant-isolated workspace.
  • Import, organize, search, edit, export, and analyze your catalog and inventory.
  • Connect marketplaces and run the imports or synchronization tasks you request.
  • Generate AI-assisted content when you intentionally start an AI workflow.
  • Provide subscriptions, billing status, support, and service communications.
  • Detect abuse, investigate failures, protect accounts, and improve reliability.
  • Comply with applicable law and enforce service agreements.

Where privacy law requires a legal basis, processing may be based on performing a contract, your consent, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or compliance with law.

4. When information is shared

Inzoly does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be provided to service providers that help operate requested features, subject to appropriate contractual or platform terms.

Supabase

Database, authentication, and file storage infrastructure.

Vercel

Application hosting, delivery, deployment, and operational logs.

OpenAI

AI processing for content-generation features that a user chooses to run.

Stripe

Subscription checkout, payment processing, and billing management.

Connected marketplaces

eBay, Shopify, and other services a user chooses to connect, according to that provider's authorization and terms.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transaction with notice and protections appropriate to the circumstances.

5. Marketplace and store data

Marketplace information is processed only to provide workflows authorized by the connected account holder, such as importing, organizing, reviewing, or synchronizing catalog and inventory data. Inzoly does not use information about other marketplace users for unrelated purposes.

Authorization credentials are treated as sensitive information. The application is designed to encrypt marketplace tokens at rest, use secure connections in transit, and restrict data access by authenticated tenant. Users can revoke marketplace access through the provider and may disconnect supported integrations in Inzoly.

Use of eBay, Shopify, or another connected service remains subject to that provider's terms and privacy notice. Inzoly will not intentionally process connected-service information in a manner prohibited by the applicable provider agreement.

6. Data retention

Account, catalog, integration, and generated-content information is generally retained while an account is active and as needed to provide requested features. Selected records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, financial records, or reliable backup restoration.

When information is no longer needed, Inzoly will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until normal backup rotation completes.

7. Security

Inzoly uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. Current controls include encrypted transport, encrypted marketplace credentials, authenticated access, tenant-scoped database controls, bounded background work, and access restrictions for privileged operations.

No system can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their credentials, use secure devices, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

  • Request access to personal information associated with your account.
  • Request correction of inaccurate account information.
  • Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and backup requirements.
  • Disconnect a marketplace account or revoke its authorization through the marketplace.
  • Object to or request restriction of certain processing where applicable.
  • Request a portable copy of eligible information where applicable.
  • Withdraw consent for processing based on consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
  • Appeal a denied privacy request where applicable law provides that right.
  • Exercise a privacy right without discriminatory treatment.

Inzoly offers these request options regardless of location, subject to reasonable identity and account-authority verification. Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable law permits.

9. Children

Inzoly is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such information is identified, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted as appropriate.

10. International data transfers

Inzoly and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the beta, integrations, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when material updates are posted. Additional notice will be provided when required by law.

12. Contact and requests

For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@inzoly.com. Include the account email and enough detail to identify the request. Do not email passwords, payment-card numbers, marketplace tokens, or other secrets.
